JGL's appointment as the official accommodation agents for The Open Championship at Royal Lytham & St. Anne's in 2012 has been announced by The R&A. JGL are highly experienced, having acted as official accommodation agents in both 1996 and 2001. The R&A has announced JGL as the official accommodation agents to manage the lettings for The Open Championship at Royal Lytham & St. Anne's Golf Club in July 2012. JGL held this coveted position in both 1996 and 2001 and we look forward to looking after the worlds top players in 2012.

All leases will be for a ten day period from 12 noon on Saturday 14th until 12 noon on Monday 23rd July 2012.

The Royal Lytham & St. Anne's Golf Club was established in 1886 and was formally opened by The Marquis of Lorne in 1898. The Open Championship was first played at Royal Lytham in 1926, shortly after receiving “Royal Status” from King George V. Royal Lytham & St. Anne's has been a regular host ever since, with The Open returning in 1952 (Bobby Locke), 1958 (Peter Thomson), 1963 (Bob Charles), 1969 (Tony Jacklin), 1974 (Gary Player), 1979 (Severiano Ballesteros), 1988 (Severiano Ballesteros), 1996 (Tom Lehman) and 2001 (David Duval).

Ricoh Ladies' British Open 2009

The Ricoh Ladies British Golf Open (formerly the Weetabix Ladies Open)  returned to Royal Lytham & St. Anne's Golf Club between 30th July and 2nd August 2009. JGL were delighted to work closely with IMG, numerous players, their management teams and spectators to find accommodation for what was a very successful event.
