Clifton

The John Lever Partnership regularly have houses available to rent in the villages of Newton and Clifton.

Both Newton and Clifton are situated just over a mile from Kirkham town centre. Property rental prices in the two villages tend to be lower because they are situated away from the coast.

As well as the properties in Newton and Clifton being great value, they have the added bonus of being set in pleasant rural surroundings. The local area has an excellent road network including access to the M55 motorway and local towns.

For those with small children, Newton would make a good home with the local Newton Bluecoats Primary School offering an excellent level of academic achievement. Clifton would make the perfect home for individuals working at the BNFL premises just north of the village.

Inskip Wharles and Treales are close to Kirkham.
