Fairhaven

The John Lever Partnership regularly have houses available to rent in the areas of Ansdell and Fairhaven.

Ansdell and Fairhaven nestle between Lytham and St. Annes. The main feature of this area is the White Church at Fairhaven. This church has recently been refurbished by English Heritage and is eyecatching with its white shiny tile exterior.

The Fairhaven area overlooks the sea and Ribble Estuary and has good quality family housing, flats and bungalows. Royal Lytham Golf course extends to Ansdell with the 9th and 10th being overlooked by the Ansdell Institute. King Edward School and Queen Mary School, now amalgamated into a co-educational campus, are in this area.

Fairhaven Lake is a pleasant walk and in the summer months, rowing boats and motor boats may be hired. There are also tennis courts, a bowling green and miniature golf course. The golden sands which stretch from Fairhaven to Blackpool start at Grannys Bay.

There is an excellent Booths supermarket in Ansdell. There are also churches of many faiths in the area, including Church of England, Catholic, Baptist, Methodist and in St. Annes there is a Synagogue.
