St. Annes

The John Lever Partnership regularly have houses available to rent in St. Annes.

St. Annes was the place to come to on the coast in the Fifties and Sixties with stylish housing and a promenade overlooking the open sea. St. Annes Square has recently been restyled and offers a good choice of shops.

The cinema on the Promenade at Pleasure Island has four screens and in this development there is a also the local swimming pool which has a toddler pool as well as a larger pool for active swimming.

The local hotels along South Promenade are family owned and many have good restaurants which offer excellent food and some also have their own swimming pools.

Cypress Point on the outskirts of St. Annes is a new development with some 400 executive houses which are now nearly complete. The availability of houses on Cypress Point obviously changes from week to week but we can normally offer 4 bedroomed houses with 2 bathrooms to a high standard.

Apartments and bungalows are also available and all properties are carefully presented.
