JGL's offices and phone lines are open from 8.45am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday and on Saturday between 10.00am and 1.00pm

2. Property Sourced For Rent Or Purchase

JGL will identify suitable properties that meet your precise individual requirements whether you are looking to buy or rent. JGL has every type of property available to buy or rent, ranging from penthouses and detached and semi detached houses and bungalows with gardens and garages, to terraced houses, town houses, mews houses, mews cottages and apartments. 3. Accompanied Viewings

JGL will accompany you on all viewings. If you are unable to attend viewings we will post or Email you accurate, detailed brochures with full colour photographs of each property matching your criteria, regardless of price, including information about whether pets, smoking & children are permitted or could be negotiated.

4. Negotiation To Acquire The Property Of Your Choice, At the Best Price

Having identified a suitable property, JGL will negotiate on your behalf to secure the property at the best possible price. We are regularly able to purchase properties at reduced prices. JGL will work pro-actively to achieve the fastest completion of your purchase or rental agreement.

5. Fully Managed Properties Whether Purchased Or Rented

JGL provide a complete management service on all relocation properties, whether bought or rented, to ensure the success of your move.

6. Welcome Pack

Having found a suitable property, JGL will provide you with a Welcome pack, which includes information about facilities and amenities in the area, for example doctors and dentist surgeries, local schools, shops and restaurants.

7. House Doctor Service

Even new properties can require work to bring them up to standard and turn them into your perfect home. With JGL's professional House Doctor Service, cleaning, decoration, property maintenance & garden maintenance will be conveniently arranged on your behalf. JGL's team of professional contractors can make any alterations to your property (subject to planning permission) at short notice. JGL also has the experience to project manage more major interior refurbishment projects and to furnish your home in line with your requirements and budget.
